Madhouse Software Productions Ltd., agreed to adhere to the British
Health Trades Association (BHTA) codes of practice. Should you feel
that Madhouse Software Productions Ltd., or any of its staff are not
meeting any of the codes, then we request that you follow the below
complaints procedure.
When to make a formal complaint
You should complain to us within 3 months of when you first knew about
the matter you are complaining about. If you leave it later, we may
not be able to help.
Anonymous complaints
Anonymity makes it more difficult for us to properly investigate and
understand your complaint, and to provide appropriate responses or redress.
We may record and investigate anonymous complaints, but we do encourage
names and addresses so we can report back.
Madhouse Software Productions Ltd., have a three stage complaint procedure,
we request that if you wish to complain that you do so following these
stages each of which are described in detail below :- |

We encourage
you to raise your complaint directly and informally with the staff member
you have been dealing with. If you have not been dealing with anyone
or do not know who to contact about your complaint, or if you need advice

Stage 2.

Alternatively, you may make

Association (BHTA) explaining your grievance with Madhouse Software Productions
Ltd., or one of its staff and explain that you have made a formal written
complaint, but have not been satisfied with the outcome. |
