What were you doing - as much detail as possible
Can you recreate the problem?
Please try to give us enough information for us to recreate the problem
Did the program work properly up to now?
If the program was OK before
have you changed anything on your computer since it was last OK?
Upgraded software or device drivers?
Loaded any new programs?
Is there any action you take which temporarily resolves the problem?
If you restart the computer does the problem stay?
If you reload the software from your release disk does the problem remain?
Please ensure you are running up-to-date virus scanner, firewall and spyware scanner software. Unpredictable software behaviour may indicate the presence on your computer of some malicious software.
